Accommodations at the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites can be found in two separate wings: both buildings are one story and each has a veranda, which runs the entire length of the buildings. All rooms overlook the pool area, which is centered on the property. Our superior queen rooms are in one wing and the superior doubles, mini suites, and efficiency suites are in the second wing, with the mini suites being the closest to the pool and picnic area. In addition to the two wings, there is also a cottage and a large modular home, which can comfortably accommodate a party of six. Relax and Enjoy the Value.

Superior Queen:
Our superior queen rooms are great for a romantic getaway . All superior queen rooms feature one queen sized bed, and are air-conditioned with a full bath/shower, hair dryer, clock radio, direct-dial telephone, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cable television along with all bathroom amenities.

This room type will accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 infant. As always, all rooms at our inn include a complimentary continental breakfast featuring a selection of homemade breakfast breads and muffins, bagels, assorted danishes, honey buns, hard cooked eggs, fresh Green Mountain coffee & decaf, a fine selection of Twinings teas, hot chocolate, fresh orange and apple juice and seasonal fresh fruits.

Superior Double:
Relax and enjoy yourself in one of our superior double rooms. These tastefully decorated rooms will afford all comforts; featuring 2 extra long double beds, they are air-conditioned with a full bath/shower, hair dryer, clock radio, direct-dial telephone, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cable television, along with all bathroom amenities.

Choose our deluxe mini-suite when you're looking for those extra special touches away from home. Our mini-suites are equipped with the following amenities; 2 extra long double beds, large counter height refrigerator, microwave, in -room coffee, 27" color TV, VCR, hairdryer, along with an iron and ironing board and all bathroom amenities. This room type will accommodate 2-4 adults or 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children with a rollaway.

4-6 Person Efficiency Suites:
Make yourself at home in one of our 4-6-person Efficiency Suites or Cottage. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen including all necessities for meal preparations, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, 12-cup coffee maker, pots and pans and all utensils. Large crab boil and clambake pots are available for outdoor grill use. All Efficiency Suites receive daily housekeeping and all linens are provided. These suites offer separate sleeping and living areas and are perfect for families with young children. Living room features a comfortable sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, one bedroom with an extra long double bed, they are air-conditioned and all are outfitted with a full bath/shower, hair dryer, clock radio, and direct-dial telephones.
